Business Audit

We begin by reviewing how your business currently operates day to day to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where time or energy may be better spent.

Operations Mapping Session

Next, we will walk through one of your key workflows together whether it be clients management, daily task flow, or team communication. Based on your priorities, we’ll map out a streamlined process that fits your business and goals.

Platform Setup & Workflow Design

With what we’ve learned from the audit and mapping session, I’ll set up the platform that best fits your business and team. From there, I’ll create workflows that make it easier to manage tasks, communication, and projects day to day.

System Tutorial & SOPs

You’ll receive video tutorials and 2–3 SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) so you and your team know exactly how to use your new systems confidently.

Post-Project Support

After the setup is complete, you will have my support for up to one week as you begin using your new system. During this time, I’ll be available to answer questions and make small adjustments to ensure your system runs smoothly.
