What’s the difference between Virtual Assistance and Operations Management?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) helps with individual tasks while an Operations Strategist creates systems that make managing those tasks easier. My focus goes beyond “getting things done.” It’s about building structure, automating workflows, and creating a setup that supports long-term growth.
What can I expect during the audit and setup process?
We’ll begin with a Business Audit to review your current workflows, tools, and pain points. From there, we’ll create a plan and set up one main platform that fits your needs. Once setup is complete, you’ll receive recorded training sessions and written guides (SOPs) on the implemented system and one week of support for small adjustments or questions.
Do you offer ongoing support after setup?
Yes! After your one-week post-setup period, you can book a monthly retainer if you’d like continued strategy, updates, or training for your team.
How long does a setup project usually take?
Most setup projects take between 1 - 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your business systems and how quickly feedback or access is provided.
Can you train my team on the new systems?
Absolutely. Included in your package are recorded training sessions and written guides (SOPs) designed to help your team confidently manage new tools and workflows. If you prefer in-person training, this can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

I start with a base operations package that covers my core processes, with room for customization based on your specific goals, tools, and workflows discussed during our consultation call.
