The Online Office Policies

For inquiries or any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@theonlineofficebah.com. If you’re interested in booking any of our services, we invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation for further discussions.

The Rush Fee of $10 will apply to any project or task that requires completion within a significantly shorter timeframe than our standard turnaround time or when the client explicitly requests a rush service.

You are entitled to a maximum of two revisions at no additional cost. To prevent incurring extra fees, we kindly request that you thoroughly review all necessary information prior to receiving the initial drafts.

For services with a total cost of $90 or less, full payment is required before the commencement of services.

For services exceeding $90 in total cost, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total project cost is mandatory to secure the project and is due before work begins.

We accept payment via various methods, including PayPal and bank transfers. The payment details will be provided in the service agreement.

Please be advised that retainer services are billed at a rate of $35 per hour. Any additional hours beyond the retainer will also be charged at the hourly rate. Alternatively, you have the option to upgrade to the next tier package.

All hours must be utilized within one month (unused hours do not carry over to the following month).

Turnaround times are project-specific and may be adjusted as needed to ensure the exceptional quality of our work. We are committed to delivering the highest level of work and service, which occasionally necessitates flexibility in our timelines.

All work, content, and deliverables created during the course of a project belong to the client. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, designs, documents, and any other materials produced by The Online Office.

The Online Office may include the work completed for the client in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials, provided that it does not disclose sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information. Any content shared in the portfolio will be edited or redacted as necessary to protect client interests.

You have the flexibility to terminate the contract within the initial 2-3 business days following the service(s) purchase. However, if the cancellation occurs 3 or more days after the purchase, the project will be terminated without any refund. Please note that buyer’s regret, in and of itself, does not constitute a valid reason for refunds. In the event that The Online Office decides to terminate the agreement, the project can be stopped, and the client will receive a full refund.

Please be aware that for the best results, we require all images to meet professional standards in terms of quality and photography. Kindly submit your business information, high-quality images, and other relevant files exclusively via EMAIL. We do not accept submissions through text, social media, direct messages, or any other medium.
